Kurt is seeking election to the Saratoga County

Why Kurt?
• Kurt has 19 years of experience in Family Court
• He has handled hundreds of cases including dozens of trials
• He has represented children as "Attorney for the Child" (formerly know as Law Guardian) in every sort of case seen in Family Court
• Kurt has represented parents in numerous custody and visitation cases
• Kurt is a family man, a husband and a father of four
Kurt has always fought for the best interests of the children. He has served his clients, both adults and children, with zealous advocacy and tenacious dedication.
After 19 years practicing in Family Court, Kurt has acquired the skills needed by a Judge. He will bring to the bench not only two decades of legal experience, but the insight gained from 25 years of parenthood.
Kurt has become certain of one point: Things need to change (see the Changes for Saratoga County Family Court section on this site). That won't happen if the status quo is maintained. And so, we seek your support to bring needed change to our County and our Family Court.
